My path into massage therapy began with a background in holistic dentistry, where I worked as a dental assistant and developed a deep appreciation for caring for people in a calm, supportive, and whole-body focused way. That experience continues to influence how I show up for my clients today—with patience, presence, and an understanding of how stress, tension, and daily life can affect the body.
I am a 2025 graduate of the NC Massage School in Cornelius, NC. After receiving my license as an LMBT in September of 2025, I began my massage career at a day spa in Mooresville, NC. Through that experience, I discovered how much I value offering massage in a slower, more focused setting. In June 2026, I decided to launch my own business so I could create sessions that feel relaxed, thoughtful, and centered around each client’s long-term wellness.
My massage style is strongly inspired by nervous system care. I enjoy working one-on-one with clients to encourage relaxation, reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, and help the body feel more comfortable and at ease. I believe a slower pace gives the body time to settle, respond, and receive deeper work with intentional care. Each session is designed to allow time for both focused therapeutic work and quiet restoration.
I value clear communication, thoughtful intake, and creating a space where clients feel respected, comfortable, and cared for. I continue to grow my work through study and hands-on experience in therapeutic massage techniques, including massage for TMJ, which connects naturally with my background in dental care and my interest in how the jaw, neck, and nervous system can influence overall tension patterns.
I currently see clients in two locations: in Cornelius, NC, and in Mooresville, NC.
My goal is to provide grounded, attentive massage therapy for clients who are looking for care that feels unrushed, supportive, and personalized to their wellness needs.
